Handing over the key / check-in & check-out
The keys are handed over in person. I'll show you the house and familiarise you with all the important details.

Is there anyone nearby if a problem arises?
Yes, I'm nearby and can be reached by phone. I'm happy to help you.

Is the house barrier free?
No, the house is not barrier free and does not contain a lift. Spending the night in the cosy lounge on the ground floor is however possible.The bathroom and kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome. Surcharge: 15 euros per day. I'm sure your pets are well behaved. Should any damage be caused, please let me know and handle the repair.

Final cleaning
I ask you to leave the house well swept:

• Please dispose of rubbish in the boxes provided outside the house

• Wash the dishes clean

• remove the bedding 

There is a charge of Euro 120,00 euro for the final cleaning.

Deposit and cancellation
I trust my guests, so no deposit is required. However, cancellations can be made.Please contact us as early as possible and we will find a solution.

Payment
You can pay the bill on site in cash or by bank transfer.

Other important information:

• The holiday home can be booked all year round.

• A friend grows vegetables in the garden in summer.This requires a lot of work and diligence.So I ask you not to harvest the vegetables.
